Project “Sector 516” was founded in 1998. Firstly, project was named “Spot”. Very sensitive influence of such groups as Tekhnologia and Arrival was traced in the early tracks of project. Later the sound of the band was transformed into the mix of EBM, synthpop and the “firm sound” of And One & Co!
The founder of the band is Maksim S. At present time the project consists of four musicians.
